When your last name is Andretti, it's a given that racing is in your blood. And driver of the #26 Venom Energy IndyCar Marco Andretti never wastes a chance to prove he's heir to the winner's circle.

When did you first realize that you were destined to be a race car driver?

With a last name like Andretti, I think you always know. I was driving things with motors probably since I was three but it wasn't until I started racing competitively at age nine that I realized this is not only what I was meant to do, but it's what I WANT to do.

As a professional driver, what has been your most thrilling moment on the track?

If I have to pick then I'd have to say the 2006 Indianapolis 500. To be in the lead on the final lap coming out of turn four. We all know it didn't end in a thrilling moment - not for me anyway - but to be right there, in that moment my rookie year was amazing.

What has been your most thrilling moment off the track?

Honestly, I try to save most of my thrills for the race track, but there's always a thrilling moment or two up at the family lake house. If you get a bunch of Andretti's together thrills are sure to ensue.

What is the career accomplishment or award you are most proud of?

I'd have to say I'm proudest of my win at Infineon Raceway in 2006, at the time I became the youngest winner in history.

If you could be in any profession outside sports, what would it be and why?

I am thankful everyday for the sport of racing because I honestly don't know what else I would ever do. I can't picture myself as anything but a race car driver.

How does Venom Energy drink inspire your performance?

Everyone I've met from Venom has been so supportive and inspiring. It's a great family to be a part of and a great product to have on my side. I want to perform well so we can win together!

If you were a snake, what kind would you be and why?

A rattlesnake, because they strike fast and are full of venom.

Don't waste it. Keep it moving.

What is your next big goal?

To win the Indianapolis 500!
